Message from Coach Cronin:
Starting in January, CSA would like to start Speed, Multidirectional Agility, Quickness, and Strength Training on Tuesdays with the assistance of Elite Speed Sports Performance, the same organization that has been co-coaching the Athletic Development program with Coach Cronin on Thursdays. Elite Speed trainers offer physiological, biomechanical, and interpersonal relationship building that isn’t found in any other public school program.
In order for the partnership to be financially feasible for CSA, we need at least 10 learners to participate in the class each week.
