The first 6th-grade visits to Exploration of Flight (EoF) went very well, and we’re excited to have the 7th and 8th-grade learners get started over the next few weeks. This experience gives learners the thrill of flight in pilot-quality simulators!
- Learners will be using the simulators on Mondays and Fridays for 1.5 hours. This schedule will give each grade level roughly one visit per month to the museum.
- The entire 7th grade visited on Friday, November 1st, to review expectations and the rotation schedule. Their simulator visits were during the week of November 6th on Monday and Friday.
- The 8th grade will review their expectations and rotation schedule on Monday, November 13th. Simulator use will start for the first 8th grade class on Friday, November 17th.
- Please remember that anytime we don’t have 4 volunteer parents for the day, we will have to cancel our visit. The next visit will be the planned class per the EoF schedule.
