The end of the year is approaching fast! All schoolwork should have been turned in, and facilitators are finalizing grades. Our final school day will be May 27, with an early release time of 1:00 PM. Thank you for all your hard work and support over the last year.
Please ensure that your learners have turned in electronic devices, including Chromebooks and chargers. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the main office.
Field Day May 26
All 6th and 7th graders will have an end-of-the-year Field Day Celebration in the school parking lot. Mr. B and Mr. Harman are planning a lot of fun activities for the day. All learners should be prepared to be outside, so please bring your own water bottles and sunscreen. The school has secured a Kona Ice truck for the event, and every learner will receive one Kona Ice; additional ones can be purchased for $5 each.
MAP Assessments
Thank you to all of our learners who completed the final spring MAP assessments. Any learners who have yet to complete them will do makeup tests throughout the final week. This is our learners’ data, so we hope they try their best. It is also valuable information for our facilitators on how well they are facilitating their learning. Any 8th grader unable to finish the testing last week may complete the testing on Monday, May, 24. Please contact the office if you have any questions. Learner MAP data results will be finalized and given to all learners who took it this spring on the final day of school, May 27, 2021. Any 8th graders or other learners who are absent can come in to collect theirs, or they will be physically mailed over the summer.
Reports of Progress
Reports of Progress will be available for family viewing in PowerSchool on June 2. There will be no printed Reports of Progress.
