Monday message 03.04.2019

Thanks to all of you who have already turned in your registration forms.

Learners entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grade this fall who want a seat for the 2019/2020 school year need to click here to visit our website, activate School Mint to complete the application to enroll.

For those of you already enrolled through School Mint, for school registration, you will need:

  • Immunization record
  • Official birth certificate
  • Parent/guardian driver’s license/state ID
  • Proof of residency (a utility bill, mortgage or rent statement with your name and address within the last 30 days)
  • If your child currently has one, an IEP or 504 Plan
  • If there is a custody agreement, copy of that

Scans or photos of these items can then be easily uploaded into the SchoolMint account for your child when registration opens this week.

If you have questions about enrollment or registration, please:

We are very excited to have your family join us in opening this fall!

In gratitude,
The Colorado SKIES Academy Team
