Dear CSA Families,
For those who haven’t completed the check-in form for your learner, please complete them as soon as possible. These are required forms that must be completed for your child to continue being a learner at CSA this year. We have reached out directly to those families that still need to complete their forms and greatly appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we worked through the requirements to be a CSI-authorized school.

Once you’ve reviewed that, please click the CSA Express Check-In Google Form to acknowledge that you’ve read and understand the guidebook. Additional sections of this Google Form include:

- Driveline Procedures, Conduct, and Transportation Management Plan
- Volunteering at CSA
- Communications at CSA
- Waiver and Release of Liability Form
You will be asked to acknowledge and/or answer specific questions after each section so please allow for some time to complete this process. If you have any questions about this process, please email info@coloradoskiesacademy.org.
School fees can be paid on the CSA website. The required fees are the Learner Fee and the Technology Fee. There is also the ability to pay the optional fee for Yearbook on the website.
