Recap: Back to School Block Party

Student Ids: DR Photo was at school to take learner pictures and give student ids. The makeup picture day was Friday, August 23rd at 9:00 am. We are working with DR Photo for one more picture day for those learners that need their photo taken. More information to come soon. 

Flight Crew: Learners were able to meet their Squadron Commanders for Flight Crew. For those that didn’t attend, your learner will see their Flight Crew on the lists posted on the wall to the right of the entrance doors outside the Exploratorium.

CSA’s Parent Action Committee (similar to PTO): If you’re interested in helping, please email csa_pac@coloradoskiesacademy.org with your name and phone number, and our PAC Coordinator will reach out to you.

CSA’s School Accountability Committee: If you’re interested in helping, please email csa_sac@coloradoskiesacademy.org with your name and phone number, and our SAC Coordinator will reach out to you.

CSA School Board: If you are interested in being a CSA Board Director, please email info.board@coloradoskiesacademy.org with your name, and a board member will reach out to you very soon.

Food & Nutrition: please refer to the Food Services webpage for details on completing the Free and Reduced Meal Application. We are also working to get our menus added to the site, and in the meantime the breakfast menu for August is here. The lunch menu for August is here.

PowerSchool Parent Portal: CSA emailed your login information to you directly if you weren’t at CSA for the Back to School Block Party. Please reach out to Meredith Motley, meredith.motley@coloradoskiesacademy.org with any questions.

Parent Forms: This needs to be completed by this Friday, September 6th.

Learner Fees: If you haven’t done so, please pay online as soon as possible. You may also pay fees at the front office with cash or check. If you qualify for Free and Reduced Meals, please email your approval letter to csaadmin@coloradoskiesacademy.org so we can waive the required fees. 

Medication Forms / Drop-Off: Please arrange a meeting with our CSA Health Team if you need to complete medication forms or drop off medication. More information can be found on the Back to School Information Hub under Resources for Parents. You can reach our health team at nurse@coloradoskiesacademy.org.
