CSA Field Day is this Tuesday, May 24. In the event of rain on Tuesday, Field Day will be on Wednesday, May 25. Please look for an email and text message on Monday evening.
Field Day promotes teamwork, cooperation, participation, and fun! We would appreciate if you could talk to your child about what responsible behavior they need to display in order to participate in all of the events. If your child is unable to behave during the events, they will spend the rest of the time not being able to participate, and a phone call will be made home explaining the circumstances. Thank you in advance for talking to your child before Field Day. Please contact us if you have any questions.
WHERE: Dove Valley Regional Park Pavilion 3
WHO: 6th-8th grade
TIME: 9 AM to 3 PM
ALL SCHOOL LUNCH: 12-12:30 p.m.
All learners need to bring the following:
(Some stations may involve water depending on the weather)
- YOURSELF
- A GREAT ATTITUDE
- WEAR TENNIS SHOES
- WEAR SUNSCREEN
- WEAR SHORTS AND A T-SHIRT
- WEAR A HAT
- JACKET (in case of colder weather)
- PANTS (in case of colder weather)
- SACK LUNCH
Shirt Colors
- 6th Grade: Black
- 7th Grade: Blue
- 8th Grade: Red
Only Colorado SKIES Academy learners are allowed to participate in the events. All parents/guardians are invited to attend as spectators or volunteers. This is a chance for you to spend quality time with your child in a fun environment. The emphasis this year will be leadership, synergy, participation, and fun! Each year, field day needs your help and support to run smoothly. If you would like to volunteer, please let us know.
