Dear Colorado SKIES Academy Parents and Supporters,
Our first five days of school were a tremendous success! Throughout the week, our learners were laughing and smiling and thinking critically, not to mention throwing water balloons, playing sports, and making new friends. As we move into the second week of school, our learners will begin to follow their regular schedules, which include design tech and electives along with math, science, social studies, and English language arts. Facilitators will continue to explore the engineering design process with their learners as we prepare to launch the first major aerospace and aviation-themed projects after Labor Day weekend.
