Take a Mindful Moment: Feeling stressed? Try a short mindfulness meditation to calm your mind. You can also practice deep breathing: Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, and exhale for 4.
Rest & Recharge: Sleep is your superpower! Aim for 8-10 hours each night. Try yoga before bed to relax.
Connect with Others: Talking to a friend, family member, or teacher about your feelings can make a big difference.
Positive Thoughts Only: When negative thoughts creep in, challenge them with positive self-talk. Try using an affirmation like: I am capable, I am strong, I can do this!
