Unfortunately, we recently learned that the three microwaves currently available for learner use cannot be utilized in our building with learners as they do not meet the NSF certification requirements. We are working on finding and purchasing acceptable replacements, but want to be sure that we have identified the correct models before doing so. Please send non-microwavable snacks/lunches with your learner until we can find and install suitable replacement machines. We will update you as soon as we have a solution in place. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this disappointing circumstance!
Colorado SKIES Academy is a free public charter school authorized by the Cherry Creek School District, open to students throughout the Arapahoe County and Douglas County areas.
This STEAM middle school serving grades 6-8 is located at Centennial Airport next to Wings Over the Rockies Exploration of Flight.
