Facilitator Spotlight: Mrs. La Grange

Mrs. La Grange is a passionate and dynamic 7th and 8th-grade science facilitator who makes learning both fun and meaningful for learners. Through hands-on experiments and real-world connections, she brings science to life, helping students grasp complex concepts in ways that truly stick. Her ability to relate lessons to everyday teenage experiences fosters curiosity and a love for discovery in her classroom.

Beyond teaching, Mrs. La Grange embraces the world of science in her daily life. She lives in Parker with her family and is always exploring new scientific interests. A true outdoor enthusiast, she finds joy in gardening, golfing, fishing, and stargazing. Her passion for mentoring extends beyond the classroom as a dedicated coach for competitive travel softball, where she helps young athletes grow both on and off the field. When she’s not in the lab or on the field, you’ll find her caring for her beloved German Shepherds and Axolotl. See the photo below of a learner caring for the Axolotl larvae.

Mrs. La Grange’s enthusiasm and dedication make her an incredible educator and role model, inspiring learners daily!
