Denver, we are back for our 10th annual Mile High Chapter Girls in Aviation Day Sat Sept 21st, 10 am-2 pm. This year, we are excited to be hosted by Sheltair at Rocky Mountain Metro Airport (KBJC).
This event is open to all girls ages 8-18 to introduce the world of aviation and aerospace to our next generation of women. We will have interactive activities, demonstrations, and several members of the aviation community to help inspire our next generation of females.
Girls in Aviation Day has been instrumental in introducing girls all over the world to opportunities in aviation and STEM that they never would have considered. We work very hard to bring participants and role models together so girls can see themselves in those exciting roles.
