Good afternoon CSA Families,
As we’ve mentioned a few times before when sending required form completion requests to you, we didn’t have our Student Information System up and running before school started. Now we need to get this information for our learners ASAP. I just became aware of an additional form that needs to be completed, the Residency Information Form. I hope this is the last one that I have to send you and genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work as diligently as we can to ensure that we meet all of the requirements from our new charter authorizer, Charter School Institute.
The information in this form has funding implications for Colorado SKIES Academy so your prompt completion is greatly appreciated. If possible, please complete the form by the end of the day this Monday, September 30, 2024. Thank you so much for your cooperation and assistance and to those families that completed the form when it was originally sent on September 27th.
