Dear CSA Families,
October is Bullying Prevention Month, and we are committed to fostering a safe and respectful learning environment for all learners. This month, we are excited to introduce our Bullying Prevention Curriculum to the learners, which is being taught during advisory classes as part of our ongoing efforts to build a positive and inclusive school culture.
Throughout the month, learners will:
- Build empathy and emotional awareness
- Learn how to identify, prevent, and report bullying behavior
- Develop strategies to handle conflicts peacefully
- Promote kindness, inclusion, and standing up for others
With the help of our Student Ambassadors we’re creating a stronger sense of community where every learner feels valued and included. They’ve organized a door decorating contest and a spirit week to encourage unity, school spirit, and collaboration. They’ve also organized a school supplies drive for the schools impacted by the recent hurricanes. These activities are designed to promote inclusivity and reinforce the values of respect, kindness, and empathy in a fun and engaging way.
We encourage you to talk with your learner about what they are exploring in advisory and continue promoting these important values at home.
Together, we can make a difference!
Warm regards,
