David J. Prescott’s career spans over three decades in the aerospace industry. His primary roles have been mechanical designer and design reviewer. He has worked at several major aerospace companies, such as Northrop Grumman, Sierra Space, Blue Origin, and United Launch Alliance.
David is married and the father of three preteen boys. One attends Colorado Skies Academy, and another is scheduled to attend in the 2025 – 2026 school year.
In his free time, he is an avid reader and hiking enthusiast. He also enjoys taking his family to museums, sightseeing trips, and camping.
David earned the rank of Eagle Scout and has volunteered as a fireman, where he also served as Treasurer and president and conducted Search and rescue. David is currently a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoys giving presentations at my sons’ schools on rockets and spaceflight.
