Join the After-School Wellness Club for a journey to relaxation and self-care! Learners will explore meditation techniques, enjoy calming music, and learn beginner-friendly yoga poses to promote mindfulness, reduce stress, and build inner peace. Open to all skill levels, this club is the perfect way to wind down after a busy school day and create healthy habits for the mind and body.
Tuesday –Art: Join us as we explore different medians in our quest for self expression through art.
Wednesday – Dungeons & Dragons:
Join our after-school Dungeons & Dragons club, where adventure knows no bounds—especially not Earth’s! Set on the rugged terrain of Mars, you’ll embark on epic quests in a world where the red sands conceal ancient secrets and mysterious creatures. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or new to the game, our club welcomes all to create legendary characters, forge alliances, and explore a world of imagination, strategy, and camaraderie. Every session is a new chapter in our Mars-based campaign, where the fate of a new frontier lies in your hands. Will you rise to the challenge?
Thursday –Trailblazers:
Welcome to Trailblazers: Adventure and Skills Club, a new after–school club where kids explore new skills, build friendships, and have fun! Inspired by the values of scouting but with a unique twist, each session focuses on hands-on learning and adventure. We are gauging interest in hopes of forming our own troop.
Friday – Creatively Write: Join us after school as we explore all forms of poetry. Poetry for the stage, such as slam poetry, and poetry for the page, such as written poetry. From formal poetry to free verse, we can explore whatever sparks our imagination! This writing group will also explore cursive and calligraphy. We can roll up our sleeves and dip our old fashioned quill pens in ink; exploring how to write in a cursive and calligraphic style!
