We are happy to see so many of our learners participating in our After School Clubs this quarter, as it means that we can more deeply engage our learners and provide families with some flexibility in their evening schedules. To provide this service, we require some of our staff members to stay late and remain available as long as there are kids in the building; and we pay for their additional work time by charging the parents of participating learners a fee.
- After 3:30 dismissal, any learner who has not been picked up by 4 p.m. will be taken to the daily After School Club and be charged a “punch”
- Families who have already purchased a punch card will be charged accordingly
- Families without a punch card will receive a follow-up email within a couple weeks advising them of the debt and need to purchase a punch card
- After the end of a daily After School Club, any learner who has not been picked up within 15 minutes of the club ending will be charged an additional punch for the day

Colorado SKIES Academy is a free public charter school authorized by the Cherry Creek School District, open to students throughout the Arapahoe County and Douglas County areas.
This STEAM middle school serving grades 6-8 is located at Centennial Airport next to Wings Over the Rockies Exploration of Flight.
