Starting Monday, August 22, we will be resuming our After School Club program! Clubs will be available Monday-Friday according to the following schedule:
- Monday: Drone Soccer* 3:45 – 6:00 pm (each session will “cost” 2 punches to attend)
- Tuesday: Conversational Spanish 3:45 – 4:45 pm
- Wednesday: Chess Club 3:45 – 4:45 pm
- Thursday: Cross-Platform VR Club 3:45 – 4:45 pm
- Friday: Movie Club 1:15 – 4:15 pm (this will “cost” 3 punches to attend each session)
Your learner can attend any club they wish, but first they must purchase an After School Punch Card. Each punch is good for ONE HOUR of an after school club — this way each club can afford to pay the overseeing facilitator.
We have assurance from WorldOver that any punches leftover as last year WILL BE HONORED. Moving forward, however, punches will not rollover from year to year. Please plan to purchase the number you need, remembering that you can “refill” your card as often as necessary. Helpfully, WorldOver is also going to send each participating family an email each Friday letting them know how many punches remain on each learner’s card.

*NOTE: We are considering moving Drone Soccer out of the “punch card” program and treating it like a sport with a set fee for participation. This will not begin before Quarter 2; however, please take this into consideration when purchasing your punches. Rather than purchasing for the whole year of Drone Soccer, only buy enough for Quarter 1 (there will be a total of 7 Monday practices during Q1).
