We are making some adjustments to our daily schedule and operations beginning in the second quarter. These changes, which are addressed in more detail below, will require the facilitators to spend a significant amount of time planning before the start of the second quarter. In order to allow our facilitators the time to adequately prepare – while also allowing them to fully enjoy their well-deserved rest over Fall Break – there will be no school on Monday, October 24. This will be taken as a Teacher Planning day so our wonderful facilitators can adequately prepare. Thank you for your support!

Please note that the Academic Calendar posted on our website will not reflect this change for several days. The new Board-approved Academic Calendar will be posted over Fall Break and available on the website under the “Calendars” tab.

Colorado SKIES Academy

Colorado SKIES Academy is a free public charter school authorized by the Cherry Creek School District, open to students throughout the Arapahoe County and Douglas County areas. This STEAM middle school serving grades 6-8 is located at Centennial Airport next to Wings Over the Rockies Exploration of Flight.
