Due to construction at our local parks, we will be hosting Field Day at CSA on Friday, May 12! Learners will enjoy a day of events, activities, and more, in and around our school building.
The list of events is ever-evolving, but for now, it includes:
- A time to receive and sign yearbooks in the Village
- Capture the Flag
- Kickball
- 9-Square
- Giant yard games (like Jenga and Cornhole)
- Chalk Art
- FOAM PARTY
Learners will have a chance to play and enjoy their peers from 8 am – 11 am, at which point we will be dismissing early so our staff can have important end-of-year planning time. Families are welcome to attend as well and join in the fun with Capture the Flag or Kickball! This celebration will also serve as a farewell to our School Director, Katie Dutton, as this will be her last day with us.
Important Notes:
- There will be no lunch served at CSA due to the early dismissal at 11:00 am
- Due to the foam party, learners should plan on getting wet that day and should dress accordingly (t-shirt, shorts, etc.)
- Learners are welcome to wear bathing suits under their clothes, but at all times their outfits must meet the school dress code
- No white t-shirts, please!
- Snacks and drinks will be served (free to any who attend – as long as supplies last!)
- We are holding this event at CSA due to the nearby parks being under construction or lacking restroom facilities
- Learners who do not attend but purchased yearbooks will receive their books when they return to school
- If you need to pick up your child later, please call our front office to inquire about the possibilities
