Learner-Led Conferences: 2/27 and 2/28

It’s time for our Spring Learner-Led Conferences coming up on Monday, February 27 and Tuesday, February 28! We are so excited to have another scheduled opportunity for parents to meet with teachers and discuss their child’s progress.

The main focus of these meetings will be the mandatory Learner-Led Conference with your learner’s Flight Crew Commander. We will also again be offering a limited amount of time for parents to meet with classroom teachers to discuss their child’s progress in specific courses on a first-come, first-served basis. Our Learner-Led Conferences will be by appointment only (links are below); if you cannot find an acceptable meeting time with your child’s Flight Crew Commander, email them directly to request another time to meet.

Please note that Monday will be a normal day of school, but there will be no classes held on Tuesday to allow for conferences to occur during the day.

Monday, February 27: 4:15 pm – 7:20 pm

  • 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm: facilitators will be in the village, available for 5-minute conversations about your child’s grade in their class.
  • If you need more than 5 minutes, please email the teacher in question to schedule a different time to talk.
