Any day is a good day to tell the people you love how much they mean to you! Amid the celebration, please help your learner to remember that Tuesday, February 14th is still a day of school and must be treated as such.
Please help us by discussing the following expectations with your learner before the “big day”:
- Avoid “Public Displays of Affection” while at school – save these for a non-educational place and time off school property.
- No eating or drinking of snacks in classrooms, hallways, or pods – all snacking must be done in the Village and only during lunch time or your class’s assigned snack time.
- Please no deliveries of food or gifts (including flowers, balloons, etc.) to the school for any learner.

Colorado SKIES Academy is a free public charter school authorized by the Cherry Creek School District, open to students throughout the Arapahoe County and Douglas County areas.
This STEAM middle school serving grades 6-8 is located at Centennial Airport next to Wings Over the Rockies Exploration of Flight.
