This week we received news that our very own Ms. Shauntel Simon has been recognized by the Cherry Creek School District for exemplifying our Core Values of Whole Wellbeing and Engagement.
Quoting from her award letter, “Shauntel has a contagiously positive and joyful attitude, which she shares with our students. She understands how important it is to be positive for our students and has been gracious to help us at other locations to make sure our students are nourished!” Please join us in sending warm wishes to one of our very favorite “lunch ladies!”

Colorado SKIES Academy is a free public charter school authorized by the Cherry Creek School District, open to students throughout the Arapahoe County and Douglas County areas.
This STEAM middle school serving grades 6-8 is located at Centennial Airport next to Wings Over the Rockies Exploration of Flight.
