The state of Colorado requires that all students receive the Tdap vaccine prior to entry into 6th grade. Schools are required to collect proof of immunization from all incoming 6th grade students, document it, and send a report to the state in January as proof of compliance.
While the deadline for submission was Monday, December 12, if you missed the deadline PLEASE still send us a copy of the record so we can do our best to meet our compliance deadline. You can drop a copy off at the front office, or email it to School Director Katie Dutton.
As this vaccine is required by law to attend school, please note that your learner may be refused entry if we do not receive proper documentation.
