Next year, we will be starting school a little bit earlier, but also ending the day earlier, Monday THROUGH Friday. We will no longer be having an early dismissal day. Our school days will be from 7:30 am-2:45 pm every day. Learners can be dropped off at 7:00. We will still have after-school activities and clubs for our learners to support working parents.
Furthermore, next year will follow a block schedule (A/B days, splitting their classes across two days). These 90-minute periods will provide time for individualized reading intervention during English Language Arts class, individualized math intervention during Math class, and longer periods to really dive into projects in Social Studies and Science classes.
Specials classes include Exploratory, Health/Fitness, and Aerospace! Your learner’s Flight Crew will be the same group of students to further build their community and relationships with one another.
Also, every learner will have FREE lunch available to them, thanks to our generous taxpayers!
